Instant Roof Repair Brushable Coating is a single-component, brushable, elastic small-area repair coating with rubber-like flexibility. Instant Roof Repair Brushable Coating is an ideal solution for roof leaks and will stop leaks quickly, even in damp conditions.

Stops leaks quickly.  Fibered for strength.  Will function in severe UV, heat, and intermittent foot traffic.  Withstands water contact quickly after application to stop leaks.  One-step application; no primer required in most applications. Applies in adverse temperature ranges including damp and icy conditions.  Cured sealant is mildew resistant.  Paintable.  Repairs small areas on slate, tile, shingles and asphalt roofs.
